2. Needed a mechanical contractor capable of installing a range of air conditioning and ventilation systems, while working in with the built environment

3. Low profile split ducted system was selected to serve ground floor offices, where ceiling space was very limited. This meant reducing the indoor unit height by 100mm which made the installation possible, without compromising the building design.

4. Desired ceiling height achieved

5. Project timeline was very condensed and all services were installed, commissioned and handed over on time and without variation
